In addition, Dime Custom Cues carries its own exclusive line of fine handcrafted custom cues made from exotic woods and quality materials. Designing cues is our passion, and David Brown is constantly amazing everyone with his exceptional technical skills and masterful design embellishments. He is out in the shop on the lathe most days and his impressive line of custom cues continues to grow. His line is featured here as finished collections and work in progress. Dime Custom Cues also offers a wide range of cue repairs and services including pool cue tip replacement, shaft reconditioning, rewraps, ferrule replacement and complete refinishing. You may return any product you buy for up to 30 days from the day you received it. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item for an RMA number, and we can either issue a call tag for the item, in which case the shipping charges will be withheld from your refund, or you can ship the item yourself. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. We will credit your account when we receive the return item. Please note that if you had chosen expedited shipping with your original order those charges will NOT be refunded. In addition, if you purchased a cue that had work done- such as a turn down, or re-tip, then the charges for that service will not be refunded. Dimecustomcues.com reserves the right to void a customer's ability to return a product if the product shows sign of misuse or abuse. Privacy Policy The information provided when you order with us is never used for any purpose other than direct communication and to fulfill your order.
