*FREE ground shipping for most orders over $150 within the 48 contiguous United States. (*No free shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states ) Due to all the new game room equipment, furniture, and other heavy products available at Dime Custom Cues there will be a credit of $15.00 for all orders over $150.00, any shipping cost over $15.00 is the Customer's Responsibility. This credit will ship all pool cues, cue cases, accessories, and like products for free.

After Your Order Has Been Placed:

Your billiard supplies and/or accessories will be shipped UPS / FedEx Ground or USPS. Multiple item orders might ship from one or more of our warehouse locations depending on availability.

We ship most orders in 1-2 business days, some of our customizing of your new cues with delay shipping 3-5 days. Also, some of the larger products like pool tables and game room equipment will have longer shipping times. please contact us with your request for a more accurate time estimate to avoid disappointment. Some items are eligible for Express Shipping for an additional cost.

International Ordering

Dime Custom Cues ships products all over the world. Just use our shipping calculator in your shopping cart. Please note that in some cases where we are not able to verify the billing address of the credit card, you will be asked to provide us with additional information, or we will require you to send payment via Western Union. Just email us at info@dimecustomcues.com for details. Please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes from your local government.



Return Policy



We have a 60 day new, unused return policy.



You may return or exchange any product you buy for up to 60 days from the day you received it. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us within 60 days of receipt of the item for an RMA number, and we can either issue a call tag for the item, in which case the shipping charges will be withheld from your refund, or you can ship the item yourself. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. We will credit your account when we receive the return item. Please note that if you had chosen expedited shipping with your original order those charges will NOT be refunded. In addition, if you purchased a cue that had work done- such as a turn down, or re-tip, or used this product in any way, then there is no refund or exchange. Dimecustomcues.com reserves the right to void a customer's ability to return a product if the product shows sign of being used or abused. In the event of a credit card fee chargeback by a client, Dime Custom Cues will rebuke the chargeback with securely documented information proving the validity of the charge. The client will then become liable for all associated chargeback and service fees and penalties - plus an additional amount of not less than $500 in each instance for administrative fees, court costs, etc. In the event a client does not pay these fees within 30 days, the charges will be turned over to a collection agency. Dime Custom Cues will file civil charges against any party who charges back a credit card payment for any reason. There is NO excuse for a charge back - dimecustomcues.com provides highly visible means for canceling service. Chargebacks serverely damage Dime Custom Cues and its ability to provide quality web sites and services like dimecustomcues.com. THIS POLICY IS DESIGNED TO PROTECT DIME CUSTOM CUES AND OUR CLIENTS.

The information provided when you order with us is never used for any purpose other than direct communication and to fulfill your order. Your name, address, phone and email are all kept confidential. For additional security, we do not store your credit card information on our server. Our checkout page is SSL encrypted for security.
