Return Policy



We have a 30 day new, unused return policy.



You may return or exchange any product you buy for up to 30 days from the day you received it. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item for an RMA number, and we can either issue a call tag for the item, in which case the shipping charges will be withheld from your refund, or you can ship the item yourself. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. We will credit your account when we receive the return item. Please note that if you had chosen expedited shipping with your original order those charges will NOT be refunded. In addition, if you purchased a cue that had work done- such as a turn down, or re-tip, or used this product in any way, even if just chalked, then there is no refund or exchange. Dimecustomcues.com reserves the right to void a customer's ability to return a product if the product shows sign of being used or abused.

The information provided when you order with us is never used for any purpose other than direct communication and to fulfill your order. Your name, address, phone and email are all kept confidential. For additional security, we do not store your credit card information on our server. Our checkout page is SSL encrypted for security.
